Achievements: I have Won British, European & World Titles Places Visited: I have been lucky enough to of competed at some amazing parts of the world including - America, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Gibraltar, France and many more. Training Program: I attend the gym 5 days a week, I train to a split program along side a healthy balanced diet and as much cardio out side of the gym as possible. Greatest Moment: Would have to be winning my first British Championship Title after a well fought out battle with the raining champion at the time (Mike Brookfield) I really peaked in this year winning not just a British but also a European Title. Worst Moment: Would have to be the 2004 World Finals when we had major engine problems throughout the hole event a disappointing end to a amazing year!
